Maryville Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) owns an Industrial Park with two tracts of available industrial property. Tract A is 100 acres and lies adjacent to Highway 71(a 4-lane highway). Tract B is 80 acres and neighbors Energizer Battery. Both properties can be easily subdivided and are located in the industrial sector of Maryville. The Industrial Park is adjacent to the city limits. Water and sewer are provided by the City of Maryville; gas is provided by Aquila and electricity may be supplied by Aquila or United Electric Cooperative.
