KXCV-KRNW Public Radio
KXCV (90.5 FM)-KRNW (88.9 FM) broadcasts from Wells Hall on the Northwest Missouri State University campus and provides in-depth local, regional and national news, information and entertainment for 32 counties in the Midwest corners of Missouri, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. The station provides alternative programming featuring programs and news from National Public Radio as well as jazz and classical music and Northwest Missouri State University football and basketball.

The Maryville Daily Forum is the hub for news and information in and around Nodaway County. With a five-day, Monday-through-Friday print publication, a 24/7 oft-updated website and a viral social media presence, the Maryville Daily Forum provides its readers with the information they want, when they want it and how they want it.


The Daily Forum is also home to The Post, a free-distribution, total-market-coverage publication and online hub for advertising and great deals. The print publication is delivered every Tuesday to more than 18,000 homes in northwest Missouri and southwest Iowa.

Northwest Missourian
Northwest Missouri State University’s student-produced newspaper, The Northwest Missourian, has been informing readers and capturing the history of Northwest Missouri State University and the city of Maryville for more than 90 years. The Northwest Missourian publishes 4,000 copies every Thursday from late August to late April. Newspapers are available free of charge at every residence hall and academic building on the Northwest campus and at numerous businesses throughout Maryville.
